How it’s built.
A portfolio built around heavy media - video heroes, render galleries, walkthroughs - where the architecture is mostly about delivering large files fast: responsive images, cached pages and categorised galleries.

Flow · Read a page
Image-heavy pages are where speed is won or lost.
Design decisions
01Delivering heavy media
Responsive image sets, lazy loading and a cached page shell.
Renders are the product; they must look sharp without making the first paint wait.
Trade-off · Every upload produces several sizes - storage grows faster than content.
02Video hero
Compressed, muted, autoplaying loop with a poster frame.
Motion sells walkthroughs; the poster keeps LCP fast while the video streams.
Trade-off · Video bytes are a cost on mobile, so it is swapped for the poster on reduced data.
