Overview
Excel Precast needed a digital presence that matched the scale and precision of their precast concrete operations. We built a clean, content-first website that lets prospects browse the full product catalogue, explore completed projects by industry, and request quotes without friction. The custom WordPress theme keeps the marketing team fully autonomous - every page, image, and case study is editable in-CMS.

How it’s built.
A custom theme shaped around the product taxonomy, so the catalogue and project galleries are queries over structured data, with a cached front for search traffic and a quote path that always reaches a person.

Flow · Read a page
Organic search sends people straight to product pages.
Design decisions
01Taxonomy first
The theme follows the product taxonomy.
Prospects browse by product and by industry; both are just different views of the same tagged content.
Trade-off · The taxonomy needs agreement up front - restructuring it later touches every page.
02Search traffic
Cached, lightweight product pages.
Organic search is the lead source, so speed and clean markup are a sales feature.
Trade-off · Rich media is lazy-loaded below the fold rather than shown all at once.
